A shared link carries a query and date. It is not a frozen export of every result.
Review what you are sharing
Check the CleverScan expression and selected date before using Share. The link contains the query and date information. Do not place private notes or sensitive information in an expression you intend to share publicly.
Open the public result page
The shared page displays the query and available read-only results without requiring a login. It shows up to 50 rows and identifies the total match count when the scan succeeds. Private watchlists and account details are not included in the shared view.
Explain the date and coverage
A link without a selected date uses the latest available data, so its results can change. A dated query uses available history, but data corrections and fields without historical metadata can still affect the output. Use a dated export if you need to keep an exact research record.
Continue in the scanner
Use the link on the shared page to open the same expression in the scanner. Visitors log in to continue in their own workspace. They can inspect the rules, change conditions, and decide how the query fits their own research.
